- Administrar los recursos humanos y materiales con 70-80 personas sindicalizada a su cargo, manteniéndolos seguros y sosteniendo 5 Ss
- Lleva a cabo los proyectos de mejora de líneas de producción (a través de análisis causa raíz, mejora de procesos con herramientas Lean manufacturing, productividad, ergonomía
- Coordinar a empleados de áreas diversas
- Entrena a personal sindicalizado de ingreso y promueve flexibilidad y rotación
- Administra la nómina del personal a cargo

- Bachelor’s degree in a field of Engineering, IE, ME, EE or related
- Relevant experience preferred 1-2 years
- Fluent skills in English is required Knowledge in six sigma, lean manufacturing, data analysis and digitization
