Production Supervisor
OBJECTIVE: Supervises and Coordinates Personnel involved in one or more Production
Tasks according to Quantity and Quality specifications.
1.- Supervises and coordinates personnel involved in one or more production tasks to insure the continuous workflow as well as the fulfillment of projects according to quantity and quality specifications.
2.- Analyzes production programs and estimates man-hour requirements to complete the assigned job.
3.- Analyzes and solves work problems or assists workers in solving work related problems.
4.- Appraises the performance of subordinates and recommends the appropriate development plans. Recommends or initiates personnel measures such as promotions, transfers, dismissals and disciplinary actions.
5.- Can train new workers.
6.- Maintains production and time records.
7.- Can estimate, request or inspect raw materials.
8.- Meets with other supervisors to achieve the coordination of activities between the individual departments.
9.- Develops, modifies and maintains standard operating procedures (SOP) of the production function.
Requirements
Bachelor degree
3 to 5 years of experience
Advanced English
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In person
