As Production Leader, you will oversee the daily activities of the production area to ensure that volume, cost and quality standards are met. You will be located at our Saltillo Plant and report directly to our Production Coordinator.

Main Responsibilities

• You will manage the process on the production lines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards established by EHS and PPG.
• You will manage the compliance and follow up of production metrics.
• Comply with production schedule based on customer quotes, lead times and line density.
• You will be in charge of assigning and following up on the activities of the personnel in your charge.
• You will lead and communicate with the entire production team.

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering or Technical career in the same field with 2 years of experience as Production Supervisor.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 900 standards.
• English: Basic.
