PM MECHANIC LGV
Develops, performs, coordinates, and documents preventative maintenance of all building, grounds and utility systems.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for improving and participating in preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Responsible for developing operational skills and equipment failure analysis.
- Development of root cause analysis to identify potential and recurring problems.
- Propose improvements in preventive maintenance procedures
- Participation in equipment repairs.
- Keep the equipment in optimal condition to ensure product quality.
- Communicate any problems and abnormalities with the equipment.
- Implement high standards in safety and GMP's within the plant.
- Innovation and improvements in preventive maintenance procedures.
- Ensure that food safety practices and all applicable requirements of the SQF System are maintained.
- Communicate any deviation, problem and / or abnormality with the equipment, processes and products.
