Main Duties & Responsibilities
-
Analyze, meet and follow up production program to meet customer expectations and achieve committed sales agreed. - Ensure production area complies with safety regulations to avoid accidents.
- Track KPI's indicators.
- Team-work with process engineering and automation engineering in the implementation of new projects and automation improvements.
- Analize and solve problems together with egineering, molding and quialilty areas to solve productions problemas in a short time.
- Develop people in injection area to promote growiong expectations among employees.
- Meet ISO 9001 standards and promote GMP.
- Comply with materials flow within the areas and the budget of direct or indirect employees.
- Review and authorize procedures, visual aids, manuals and formats related to the injection production area.
Qualifications
-
Engineering Degree - +5 years of experience in injections processes
- Hands-on
- Good communication to work with other areas
- Troubleshooting
