Job Description:
- Manage and execute packaging innovation and productivity projects.
- Mold development, Injection molding, blow molding.
- Expect to conduct the qualification of the pkg components.
- Conducting dimensional analysis of pkg as well as plant trials , lab testing's and scale ups at their production plants.
- Manage Innovation Project from concept through commercialization and retail shelves
- Work with internal customers to commercialize packaging designs and concepts
- Represent packaging in cross functional team meetings to develop and implement new packaging and packaging changes to realize cost savings
- Conduct line trials
- Conduct lab testing
- Develop packaging specifications
- BE/PG in Packaging or related field.
- 2- 5 years minimum experience in Packaging & Mold development for Cosmetics, Beauty & Wellness, CPG, Food & Beverage or related industries.
- Good communication skills both oral and written in English & Spanish.
