We are looking for experienced NOC Call Center Agents in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico to expand our NOC team.
The role: The NOC Call Center Agent will be responsible for ensuring efficient communication with our customers while maintaining attentive, courteous and efficient customer service.
Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers through phone and email.
Efficiently open tickets, log and document customer interactions in our customer support system.
Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Stay up-to-date with product and system knowledge to better assist customers.
Handle customer inquiries regarding service disruptions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Fully bilingual - English and Spanish.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in using customer support software and basic technical troubleshooting.
Ability to multitask and prioritize customer requests.
Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment, including weekends and holidays.
