Job Description
General description:
Collaborate with the supervisor to meet the daily needs in the print room, contributing to the optimal functioning in the operative and administrative processes of the area.
Main responsibilities:
Required competencies:
Print room experience (1 year), English 50%.
Software skills:
Office Windows: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc, ETQ Reliance, AS400 y SAP.
Soft skills:
Communication, team work, proactive, results oriented, sense of urgency, responsible.

Main responsibilities:

DHR's Preparation and assembly

Printing inserts and labels
-
Insert and labels fill to printers

Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices

Assist the supervisor and / or manager in the needs that are required

Cover the different workstations in case of absences
-
Assistant at the time of requesting raw material
-
Keep control / record of machine downtime
-
Assistant in the training of new process, maintenance and cleaning of the area
-
Assist the supervisor in disciplinary actions as necessary
-
Assistant in communicating and enforcing the rules and procedures of the printing room Mexicali
-
Help the floor supervisor in the balancing of the workload in the different workstations
-
Communicate any damage that damages the performance of the printing room, other tasks assigned by the supervisor or production control.
