Position: We are looking for a dedicated, English-speaking Montessori Assistant to join our Children's House (Casa de Niños) environment. This environment serves children aged 3-6, and the role is to assist in creating an engaging, safe, and supportive atmosphere for their learning.

Position: We are looking for a dedicated, English-speaking Montessori Assistant to join our Children's House (Casa de Niños) environment. This environment serves children aged 3-6, and the role is to assist in creating an engaging, safe, and supportive atmosphere for their learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the lead guide (teacher) in the daily operations of the classroom.
- Assist children in their individual and group activities.
- Help maintain a prepared Montessori environment, including setting up activities, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean space.
- Foster an atmosphere of respect, independence, and joy in learning.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during class activities and transitions.
- Communicate effectively in English with children, team members, and families.
- Support children's language development through interactive lessons and daily conversations.
- Native or fluent in English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus).
- Experience or interest in working with children, especially in a Montessori environment.
- Passionate about education and the Montessori philosophy.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a warm, patient demeanor.
