• Engage with Medical Experts (MEs) to educate on medical/scientific information.
• Ensure appropriate identification/association of MEs/Key Accounts including identifying opportunities to engage MEs when a medical need is identified, to provide support.
• Develop/execute ME engagement plans to effectively prioritize. and engage strategically. to the MEs in line with the country's strategy. • Respond to unsolicited requests for information from MEs.
• Serve as a medical resource to colleagues in the field matrix. • Notification of technical complaints/adverse events/special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.
• Distribution of marketing samples (when applicable). Key Performance Indicators.
• Lead scientific engagement with your medical experts. Implement clinical and educational strategies and respond to unsolicited medical inquiries. Requirements
• Medical degree, preferred with specialty in Internal Medicine. • Previous experience as a Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) in the pharmaceutical industry, mainly in contact with Medical societies of interest, in continuous interaction and scientific exchange.

•English/ Spanish proficient

•Training and efficient communication
