Job Posting:
Esta posición es responsable de asegurar el correcto funcionamiento y la seguridad de los equipos, optimizando su rendimiento. Contribuye de manera clave en la operación, realizando diagnóstico, mantenimiento, y reparación de maquinaria y sistemas, garantizando su eficiencia y durabilidad.
Identifica las causas de fallas e implementa acciones correctivas para prevenir futuros incidentes y mejorar el rendimiento del equipo.
Lidera los equipos de trabajo para proporcionar orientación técnica, apegarse a los protocolos de seguridad, evaluar e implementar mejoras, priorizar las reparaciones críticas, implementando cambios que mejoran la confiabilidad del equipo, la eficiencia del mantenimiento y la productividad general de las instalaciones.
Requisitos:
- Carrera técnica, ingeniería terminada ó trunca.
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en mantenimiento, diagnóstico y reparación de equipos, de preferencia en manufactura textil.
- Conocimiento avanzado de sistemas y máquinas de costura industriales, manuales y automáticas
- Dominio en el uso de herramientas de diagnóstico, instrumentos de precisión y equipos de prueba.
