Descripción y detalle de las actividades
• Leads the activities of the manufacturing department in accordance with work instructions and company policy to ensure highest quality products are delivered on time. • Organizes, supervises, leads and trains employees within established guidelines and timeframe. • Implements and maintains safety and housekeeping standards as required by law and by company policy. • Coaches and provides technical expertise to resolve processing issues and ensures that corrective actions are implemented. • Creates a high morale workplace with the highest ethical standards. • Utilizes problem solving techniques, teambuilding strategies, process controls, and continuous improvement tools to meet or exceed company productivity and quality key performance indicators.
Experiencia y requisitos
- Bachelor degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering - 4+ years of similar work experience - Ability to manage, prioritize, and direct multiple tasks to achieve goals - Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing tools implementation - Mechanically minded and quality mindset - Experience reading blue prints and GD&T. - Good understanding of CNC machining, and fabrication required. - Leadership Skills - Time availability - Highly organized - Proficient in the use of MS Office - Bilingual (English/Spanish) If you are interested in this position please send your resume in English to recruitment_mxli@emerson.com indicating in the subject the position you are applying to or call (686) 559 1521.
