Be a part of something truly special! Join the pre-opening team of Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol as Locker Attendant. On the stunning southern coast of Mexico’s Baja peninsula, experience Cabo’s Golden Corridor, ideally located between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. In the heart of all the action, the coveted community of Cabo Del Sol is home to our modern hacienda-style village, with sparkling ocean views throughout. Create magical memories as hearts beat to the rhythm of Mexican music, art and culture – embraced by the warmth of our Four Seasons “ familia.” This ultra-luxury ocean-front resort will include 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 Residences, Amenities will include three restaurants, five bars, three pools, an open-air fitness center designed by celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, Spa with ten treatment rooms and relaxation oasis, and The Clubhouse. The Clubhouse is perched above the resort with sweeping Ocean views, and it is being designed as THE place to host spectacular weddings and events for up to 250 people. It will feature and event lawn for ceremonies, an indoor/outdoor ballroom, living room space for entertaining, and a bridal suite.


The role of the Locker Attendant


To maintain the high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all aspects of the operation, assisting the therapist in setting & clearing up the treatment room and assist the guests in professional and helpful manner when needed . The Attendant keeps the Spa & Fitness Center clean and tidy, welcome the guest, assist the guest, serves and refreshes the water and towels.


Knowledge and Skills


· Have worked in luxury spas minimum a year
· English – speaking
· Excellent service skills
· Service oriented person


Essential Functions
· Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.
· Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures.
· Comply with all the standards stablished for the spa and sports center
· Set-up and maintain spa including refreshments, locker rooms, work out areas, pre-treatment area and Fitness room.
· Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services.
· Walk the guest through the customer journey at the spa.
· Assist guest to their appointments as they relate to the Spa services.
· Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
· Assist guests with use and set-up of fitness machines.
· Retrieve and fold towels.
· Retrieve, deliver, and store/set-up products from purchasing.
· Check and follow up on the repair and maintenance of the spa.
· Clean and stock waiting area. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.
· Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures.
· Ensure all equipment is in safe condition and in working order.
· Other tasks assigned by the management.
