We are looking for Loaders to join the Waste and Recycling Team in a busy frontline operation.
About you:

The successful candidate must be able to work responsibly, safely and in a timely manner. Duties will include working as part of a team on a refuse collection round collecting a mixture of different refuse types e.g. domestic, trade or recycling waste or glass collections, so flexibility is crucial.
We are looking for operatives that have the ability to multi-task, prioritise own workload and deal with events on a reactive basis as necessary. Experience of working within the Waste and Recycling sector would be an advantage but not essential.

About the role:

• Location: City Depot, Southampton
• This role is a Permanent Position
• The Working Hours for this role are 06:30- 15:36
• Please note the salary quoted is based on full time hours (40.5 hours).
• For 40.5 hours, the current starting salary is: £ 27,925 – Pay award pending.
