Direct supervisor of the Key Account Management team members

Develop and implement account plans for key accounts

Provide continuous coaching, training, and development opportunities for key account team to enhance their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills

Monitor the performance of inside sales team members and provide regular feedback in performance evaluations. Implement strategies to address any performance gaps or areas for improvement

Develop the budget of the key accounts at regional and/or country level maintaining a healthy pipeline

Ensure good contractual performance of key accounts

Identify growth opportunities, ensure alignment of key accounts with global/regional strategy

Be the commercial liaison with the customer and its primary contact

Gather customer and market information to define customer strategies
-
Work on regional client initiatives and the implementation of the regional / global account plan

Collect relevant information about sourcing events (RFQ/RFP)

Prepare and/or update SOP's & SLA's, with operations, products and sales support roles
-
Drive business growth through upselling and cross-selling.

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements

Provides service requirements based on direct customer feedback to assist in vendor qualification and selection

Provides commercial feedback for pricing / rate negotiation with vendors
