Manager, HR Transformation -HCM HR
We are looking for a HR Transformation -HCM HR , whose objective is to support Management from an operational, analytical and tactical standpoint, by handling stakeholder requests, solving team's questions, auditing and controlling different activities from colleagues on the operations floor, along with running reports, maintaining files and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as C&B SME in the implementation of Workday ERP
Monitor project progress, set deadlines, solve issues that arise, ensure stakeholder satisfaction, and evaluate project performance.
As a C&B SME, reimagine the way compensation processes work in the organization.
Liaison with HR stakeholders and ERP team within the organization to understand compensation needs.
Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely delivery of requirement documents, details.
Work with HR Shared Services on data mapping and migration activity.
Support interconnected workstreams in the ERP implementation e.g. payroll, analytics.
Support other ongoing projects.
Advanced English level.
