As a Junior Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve operational excellence and drive business results. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects and initiatives, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our projects and the development of our team members. You will be responsible for setting clear goals and expectations, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that our team has the resources and tools they need to succeed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage a team to achieve operational excellence and drive business results
Set clear goals and expectations for team members and provide ongoing feedback and coaching
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture
Ensure that projects and initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance and productivity

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree in or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience in a leadership role, focused in manufacturing production
Strong leadership and management skills
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets
Shift Availability
