- Set clear goals and expectations for team members and provide ongoing feedback and coaching

- Ensure that projects and initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance and productivity
YOU MUST HAVE
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role, focused in manufacturing production
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets
- Shift Availability
