Job Title: IT Supervisor
Job Location: Cd. Juárez – Presential

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as IT Supervisor, based in Central Offices in Cd. Juárez (Chihuahua, MEX).
As a member of the Launch Management team you will provide our customers with a quality product, delivered on time for all pre-production and production events; Lead and coordinate the internal team actives to have successful production launches within budget; and lead the implementation of engineering changes while optimizing the implementation time. We will achieve this mission by having good communication and working closely with program management, sales, product engineering and the sew plant multifunctional teams
YOUR TASKS WILL BE

Support MTO IT Staff to troubleshoot local network, Wireless network issues that coul affect production.
Coordinate Operational Excellence Audits for all IT departments in MTO.
Support the corporate initiatives acting as project leader to perform projects related with LAN/WAN/ WLAN/SDWAN

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED

Bachelor’s degree on Systems engineering or related.
Advanced English level.
5+ years of experience in the field.
Extensive Knowledge in configuration and operation of layer 2 & 3 Cisco Switches.
Extensive knowledge in operation of Wireless Networks
Advanced knowledge of VMWare.
Advanced knowledge on Windows Server 2019, 2022.
Knowledge of standards and management of structured cabling, vision to manage projects to extend current infrastructure and/or special projects in the future.
Advanced knowledge in Active Directory, DHCP, application of security groups to shared folders.
Extensive knowledge in Technical Support for conventional computer equipment, Windows 10, 11, MS Office 365.
Knowledge of CCTV project operations, Milestone management is a plus.
Technical support for Android and Apple mobile devices.
Familiar with computer equipment purchasing processes.
Extensive knowledge in Access Control Systems, Bio Star, Rosslare
Extensive knowledge of MS Visio tool for creating and updating Network Diagrams.
