The IT Solution Delivery and Applications Manager is responsible for orchestrating the entire lifecycle of IT solutions and applications, with a strong focus on enabling a seamless omnichannel retail experience and driving digital transformation at Sephora. This role entails leading and empowering a team of technical leads, fostering collaboration and innovation across diverse domains, including retail, omnichannel, e-commerce, and digital platforms. The Manager will champion project execution, system integration, vendor management, and application optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing the value of IT investments.

Application Management and Optimization:
Ensure Application Performance: Ensure critical business applications, including those supporting retail, omnichannel, e-commerce, and digital operations, are maintained, supported, and continuously optimized to meet evolving business needs.

Drive Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of information systems and processes.
System Integration:
Enable Seamless Integration: Oversee the design and implementation of seamless integrations between various systems (e.g., OMS, POS, CRM, ERP, e-commerce platforms, payment gateways), ensuring data integrity and a unified omnichannel experience
Build Strategic Partnerships: Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs, and timely delivery of solutions
Planning and Innovation:
Shape IT Roadmap: Contribute to the development of the IT roadmap, aligning IT initiatives with the overall business strategy
Identify Opportunities: Identify and evaluate global technology solutions
Promote Security: Define, promote, and maintain local, updated, documented, and mature architecture ecosystems that prioritize security and data protection
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience:
7+ years of experience in IT, with a proven track record in leading technical teams and delivering IT solutions within a large retail or e-commerce environment.
3+ years of experience as a technical lead manager or similar role, overseeing the implementation and management of IT systems and solutions.
Demonstrated expertise in project management, application management, and system integration, ideally within an omnichannel retail context.
Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
