Descripción y detalle de las actividades
Ensuring all relevant procedures are being followed and becoming an expert on the procedures. Revises or develops procedures.
Be the eyes and ears of the Quality manager who is in CT. Reports on quality projects and participates in Quality meetings.
Ensures quality inspections are on-going and verify conformance of parts as required to support First Piece Inspections, In-process Inspections, Final Product Inspections, customer returned materials, investigations and other inspections, as needed.
Quality review of documents for compliance with company procedures and work instructions and verify all paperwork/documents are correct and accurate.
Leads and troubleshoots quality investigations (in-process, final and returns) and works with department owners to aid in identification of root causes and corrective and preventive actions.
Implements corrective and preventive actions and process improvements
Maintains accurate and up-to-date records and files.
Provides training in company procedures and work instructions as needed to ensure compliance.
Serve as designee for Quality Manager when needed.

Experiencia y requisitos
Knowledge of quality management systems.
Must be able to communicate with English speakers (Quality Manager only speaks English), have organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects and attention to detail.
Must be comfortable working on a computer.
Must be self-motivated and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
