Job Description:
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales. You will use your strong communication skills to engage with potential customers across our key sectors—churches, corporations, and educational institutions—to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in cold calling, lead generation, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, generating interest in our products/services
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Follow up on leads and close sales deals
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
Create and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching new clients
Prepare and present sales reports to management
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar role
Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
Ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
