Lead a team at the Resideo Electronica BRK Juarez plants, applies its expertise and knowledge in ensuring aliance to import and export controls, customs compliance, and international trade transactions. Ensure alignment with import and export standards to achieve minimal risk and cost to the corporation.
JOB DUTIES:
- Supervise the integrity of the information transferred from TRADEFLOW, SAP, to INTRADE
- Supervise that the master data loaded in INTRADE are in accordance with SAP, TRADEFLOW
- Supervise the monthly reconciliation of raw material inventory in INTRADE vs SAP
- Supervise that the monthly information of GLOSA is in accordance with INTRADE
- Supervise that the inventory records of Machinery and Equipment are in accordance with those of Finance.
- Expert in VUCEM
- Update and maintain validity of MX/US certifications
- Attend all internal / external audits that apply
- Actively participates in the 6S Program, which is a critical business objective, ensuring compliance with the program regulations and carrying out the activities that are required as Auditor, Coordinator, Leader or member of the committee.
- Actively participates in the Safety and Environmental Systems, ensuring compliance with the system requirements and carrying out the activities in which it is involved.
- Performs work assignment in a safe, efficient, and ethical manner.
- Develops other activities assigned by management to support business operations.
- Conducted according to the guidelines of the quality policy.
Know the quality objectives relevant to their role and actively participate in achieving them

YOU MUST HAVE:
- Experience in Business Administration, Foreign Trade & Customs
- 3-5 year experience in related roles
- Extensive knowledge of customs law, IMMEX decree and foreign trade rules
- Knowledge and experience in VAT certification (Annex 24, Annex 30)
- 80% English (Oral & written)
