* At last 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager.*
* Experience in the manufacturing, industrial or automotive sector.
* Conversational English.

* Internal Regulations.
* Legal Knowledge/being up to date on federal labor legislation.
* Recruitment strategies.
* Communication skills to lead team responsive for health and Safety, training and recruitment, communication and orzanizational development.
* Staffing requirements and follow up.
* Implement annd support development initiatives, training, improvement programs and talent retention.
* Finding solutions to operational problems.
* Process Improvement.
* Reducing staff turnover.
