As a Human Resources Intern, you will work closely with our HR Team supporting our Department's efforts to enhance process efficiency, ensure system compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities and Projects:
Assist in reviewing current HR processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
Support the implementation and optimization of HR systems and tools to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Assist in updating and maintaining HR documents, including policies, procedures, and employee records, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with HR team members to develop and deliver training materials on updated processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure HR policies and procedures align with legal and regulatory standards.
Provide support in the talent acquisition process.
Provide administrative support to the HR Department as needed, including data entry, file management, and scheduling.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
English proficiency
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Prior experience or coursework in human resources, compliance, or project management is a plus.
