The Job:
As a FP&A Manager, you’ll be part of our Finance team working as an onsite employee. You’ll get to:
- Annual budgeting and forecasting.
- Preparation of management reporting packages.
- Presenting and explaining monthly business results and variances.
- Interacting with stakeholders at multiple levels and leading teams to define and deliver solutions.
- Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions on identified variances
- Monitoring and controlling operational metrics - Inventory turnover, production forecast accuracy, inventory levels and other purchasing metrics
- Maintaining and communicating consolidated financial and operational performance trends. (PPV, Freight, Scrap, etc.)
- Assisting the accounting team in ERP developments
The Person:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration
- MBA or advanced degree in Finance preferred.
- Required work experience:
- At least 6+ years of experience in finance.
- Previous experience in multinational companies desirable.
