Job Description and Responsibilities
- Supervise all accounting functions, monthly closing and tax filing
- Review Reconcile TAX books and Finance books (CONTPAQ & SAP)
- Responsible for cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with Global GAAP, Mexico GAAP with IFRS, tax regulations and ensure timely and accurate filings.
- Supporting month-end general accounting closing process
- Manage outside professional firms or other resources in tax & accounting matters
- Build on technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and technical authorities and apply them to moderately complex situations.
- Help to develop and guide staff and other junior professionals by providing effective performance feedback and ensuring team responsibilities are consistent with skills and developmental goals.
- Develop and maintain system for document organization and control
- Coordinate with Other Dept. related to Tax & Accounting affairs
- Manages preparation and execution of annual & monthly standard cost roll.
- Review, analyze, track, inventory and reconcile stock variances; provide management with monthly inventory reports.
