Are you a natural conversationalist who loves meeting new people? Do you have an energetic, outgoing personality that thrives in social settings? If so, we’re looking for you! Flora Farms is searching for enthusiastic individuals to introduce our visitors to the incredible experiences we offer.
Job Overview:As an Experience Host, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming visitors and sharing all the amazing activities available at Flora Farms, from creative painting classes to hands-on cooking workshops and picturesque garden tours. Many guests aren’t aware of the unique opportunities we offer, and your job is to make sure they don’t miss out!
Some guests may also express interest in Flora’s real estate and private community opportunities. When they do, you’ll assist by setting up their discovery experiences.
This role offers a commission-based earning structure, with potential to earn anywhere between $282 to $1,500 USD per prospect who attends a real estate showing. The more connections you make, the more you can earn!
What We're Looking For:

Passion for engaging with people and enhancing their experiences
Strong English-speaking skills
A professional and polished appearance
Reliable transportation to Flora Farms
Ability to work on your feet for 5 hours a day, 5 days a week
