Job Description

Job Responsibilities
Research, compile, tabulate, and analyze data for various administrative and departmental matters, including maintenance plans, spending control, downtime, scrap and improvement reports, and cost reduction projects.
Provide support with the quotation of tools and new equipment.
Assist in the documentation, execution, and closure of validations and revalidations of machines, equipment, and molded products.
Create and monitor engineering changes in Quality Management System databases.
Propose occupational safety improvements and support the investigation and solution of incidents and/or accidents.
Create or modify engineering/maintenance procedures and forms as necessary.
Train employees involved in process changes or new processes.
Provide support in the investigation of corrective actions, complaints, or CAPAs.
Assist department personnel in assigned administrative, planning, organizational, technical, and professional tasks for facility maintenance, rack molding, or blow molding engineering.
Requirements
High school degree or equivalent experience required.
Proof of enrollment in a college or university.
Work experience (paid or volunteer) that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties of the position.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team setting.
Ambitious, diligent, and driven to achieve flawless execution in all tasks.
