Role Purpose
The Director will leverage a strong working knowledge of the federal and relevant state legislative, regulatory, and political climates; demonstrated research, policy analysis, and organization skills; and the ability to develop strategy and execute tactics to achieve results for Corning priorities in Mexico. The Director will work with Corning’s global government affairs staff, business units, and government and non-government organizations to engage on the broad cross-section of Corning’s legislative and regulatory priorities including, but not limited to international trade, sustainability, labor, supply chain management, economic development incentives, and stakeholder engagement. This position is located in Mexico City, Mexico with frequent travel to Corning locations in Mexico. The position reports to the Director, Global Government Affairs.
