POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for supervising associates to accomplish department and organizational objectives. Encourages continual growth in associates regarding business knowledge. Encourages and facilitates continuous improvements Responsible for validating, maintaining, and updating inventory Levels. Providing analytics, Improvement plans and coordinate their execution to achieve and exceed company inventory targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure Plans and strategies for Inventory level optimization are executed timely manner.
Track Inventory and Materials department KPI
Report deviations from target and establish on conjunction with Materials department staff actions for proper correction.
Act as a change agent along the organization.
Provides direction, support, and resources to individuals and teams.
Communicates company policies and objectives and fosters two-way communication.
Ensures individuals and teams meet customer requirements and expectations
Establishes and maintains effective communication.
Supports company policies and objectives and promote a union free environment
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree on Industrial Engineering or related field profession.
3 to 5 years of Experience on materials department (Planning, Purchasing, Warehouses), Inventory Control or related
Expose to fast phased manufacturing environments.
3- 5 years combined experienced supervisor in the present line of work.
Utilization of analytical tools (MS Excel Proficient)
