Customer Service Representative

What You Will Do
Provide timely and effective administrative support to customers, a sales team, unit, or department following established procedures and guidelines.

Who You Are

• University Degree
  
• Experience of 3-5 years in the manufacturing industry.
  
• Analytical thinking skills.
  
• Ability to work independently, confidently, self-sufficiently, and team-oriented.
  
• Knowledge of MS Office. Advanced Excel.
  
• Fully bilingual.
  
• Knowledge of the textile industry (desirable).
  
• Project management.
  
• SAP
  
• ERP System
