Join Our Team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Our Call Center!

What Are We Looking For? An enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our customer service team in Tijuana.

Requirements:

• 
  English Proficiency: Level B2 to C1 (conversational and fluent).
• Residence in Tijuana: You must live in the city.
• Computer Skills: Intermediate level.
• Customer Service Experience: Preferably in a Call Center environment.

Location: Río Tijuana.

Training Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:40 p.m. (availability for training during these hours is essential).

Important Note: We do not offer part-time or evening shifts.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:40 p.m. with fixed days off on Saturdays and Sundays.

Salary: $4,441 net weekly.
