How will you make an impact in this role?

Serves American Express Card Members around the world with a full range of travel services, from trip planning and booking to enhancing the broader travel experience. Provide exclusive Travel & Lifestyle services to Centurion & Platinum Card Members, creating unique experiences by effectivelly comunicating the value proposition of each product.

Responsibilities:

• Book and sell the following luxury services:

• Air tickets

• Luxury hotel reservations

• Car rental

• Cruises

• Taylor made travel itineraries.

• VIP services

• Lifestyle request such as dinning, sports and worldwide exclusive events

• Achieve call center metrics

• Sales

• Lounges

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong Travel and lifestyle knowledge

• Superior knowledge of fine dining, premium retail products, services, travel, sports etc

• Customer service and sales experience

• Active listening and excellent written and verbal skills

• Problem solving oriented.

• Teamplayer and ability to work under pressure.

• Passion for service and Focus on Customer satisfaction.

• Ability to follow up on complex requests.

• Excellent attention to detail

• Proactivity and Decision making

• Strong coaching and feedback provider

• Self- Drivenand Conflict management

• English proficiency - Essential

• Portuguese Advance recommended
