As Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible of implementing lean methodologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
Experience:
Have a minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing
Solid knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5's, JIT, Kan Ban, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001 methodologies and other continuous improvement tools
Have professional communication skills, both verbal and written,
Be able to demonstrate ability to identify, coach, and lead cross-functional teams in lean projects and events
Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to coach and mentor teams through practical applications.
Lean/Six Sigma Certification preferred.
Be able to set the vision and milestones for achievement at all levels of the organization
Responsibilities:
Maintain a CI project roadmap for a minimum of 3 months to achieve plant goals.
Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Data-driven actions, decision making and reporting
Report IC performance data on a monthly basis with accuracy and timeliness
Breaking down barriers and generating enthusiasm around continuous improvement activities to create a culture of total CI.
Lead and train others to lead 2-5 day rapid improvement events.
To drive the application of lean principles and methodologies throughout the organization.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency of processes
Conduct analysis of the causes of chronic operational problems and implement corrective action
Facilitating kaizen events, 5's and other continuous improvement activities.
Have a thorough understanding of P&L and support EBITDA improvement through project definition and completion.
