About the role: Our call support associates are primarily responsible for contacting roadside assistance service providers and securing service for our customers. In this role, you work with a sense of urgency and professionalism to ensure that a roadside service provider is dispatched effectively and efficiently, avoiding any unnecessary delays in rescuing the customer and meeting their expectations. Key Responsibilities:
Employ probing questions and actively listen to customer issues or questions, showing interest and compassion and displaying empathy for the caller’s situation.
Resolve routine, complex, and unique questions/issues.
Ensure facilitation of first call resolution and customer satisfaction
Acquire service providers and provide information to enable a fast, efficient rescue
Provide high level of service.
Functional Skills:
Strong empathy skills and a ‘heart’ for helping others
Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Excellent level of communication skills (both written and verbal)
Excellent computer skills, including typing proficiency and multi-tasking between online applications.
Flexible and adaptable to business requirements for changes needed to service the customer.
Apply good use of time management skills.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
This is an on-site and full-time position in Tijuana, Baja California. Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent experience
2-3 years of customer service experience preferred
