Key Activities and Accountabilities
1. Assist in the organisation, operation and security of the stores.
2. Assist in the Receipt and issue of spares/stock.
3. Partake in Stock checks, random and full.
4. Play an active role in improving the quality and HSEQ management system and bring to the attention of Senior Storeperson any HSEQ issues.
5. Maintain the filing system for stores documentation.
6. Ensure general housekeeping is at a high standard for a safe, clean, working environment and that Co SHH regulations are observed in the area.
7. Work in accordance with information and training provided and not to undertake any task for which authorisation and/or training has not been given.
8. Undertake any duties requested by Senior Storesperson on a daily basis to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of the Stores Management System.
9. Prepare assembly packages for issue to Workshop Assembly and associated build lists with correctly identified materials serial numbers.
10. Visually inspect goods and documentation on receipt in accordance with Goods Receiving Procedures.
Job Knowledge and Qualifications
1. Basic Storekeeping experience and qualification.
2. Basic and current Forklift qualification.
