Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)
Process 3-way match for indirect material US (MRO) and Raw Material
Vouchering invoices in a timely manner to take advantage of available discounts.
Resolving invoices problems with pricing/quantity differences, etc. in a timely manner and any other
issue in timely manner.
Responsible of management and accuracy of accounts payable records for all the transactions
processes at the Nogales facility.
Provide payment status to supplier.
Process all documents need it to process Wires through the share service (applicable for MRO)
Develop the intercompany voucher process (applicable for MRO)
Education and Experience:
Accounting or Administrative degree preferably.
Accounts Payable experience – minimum of 1 year preferably
Knowledge and Skills:
Computer skills, including Word and Excel.
Strong analytical and problems solving capacity.
Excellent ability to focus on details
Strong analytical capacity and problems solving.
Language Skills:
Intermediate
