Job Duties and Qualifications
Under general supervision, coordinates and tracks the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel within a Natural Work Area (NWA). Works directly with field personnel to ensure proper resources are allocated to meet service delivery requirements. Maintains scheduling board and reports on utilization of personnel and equipment. May serve as a backup to Area Resource Coordinator for sale order creation. Troubleshoots and resolves SAP order to cash issues to include but not limited to timely reconciliation of Sales Orders. Accountable for reporting and approving area OTC metrics. Ensures crew travel requirements meet applicable Health, Safety and Enviornmental guidelines. Promotes safety awareness and enviornmental consciousness and complies with HSE procedures and guidelines. Skills are typically acquired through a High School Diploma or similar education and a minimum of 3 years experience as an Area Resource Specialist II or equivelant. Promotes and actively participates in the quality improvement process.
