Summary
The MRP Analyst is responsible for generating the required information related with Material Requirements Planning short-term execution and the main key performance indicators of each direct material supplier of CBI Beer Division, as well as providing the required service level to the P2P processes for all MRP categories ensuring the correctly information flow.
Responsibilities
1. Generates and analyses the daily replenishment plan reports and KPIs for raw materials, bottles, cardboards, cans, lids and crowns, providing support with the timely communication with suppliers, supply chain teams in breweries and MRP Team
2. Responsible for generating the MRP POs in coordination with Procurement and MRP teams, to ensure the fulfillment of the P2P process.
3. Provides support in the analysis in the execution of the Suppliers MRP shipment plan and updates the KPIs information and providing support with the action plans for all the exceptions.
4. Analyze the good receipts process with the information provided by Supply Chain teams of the breweries and trigger the required action plans with the MRP Coordinator.
5. Executes the PO maintenance related with modifications and Purchase Orders closure.
6. Provides support to the entire MRP Team as back up of any material planning process. .
