Responsabilidades clave:

• Proporciona soporte entre las Plantas, el área de Crédito y el cliente para asegurar que nuestra facturación está debidamente soportada y nuestros servicios puedan pagarse oportunamente.
  
• Responsable de la carga de facturas en los portales del cliente, entrega de facturas físicamente a los clientes que así lo requieran y seguimiento a la evidencia de recibo de materiales con las áreas de calidad del cliente.
  
• Implementa controles sobre emisión de notas de crédito, cancelaciones y sustituciones de facturas.
• Asegura que el Módulo de facturación, el PAC y el SAT concilien correctamente de acuerdo con los CFDIs emitidos.

Cualificaciones:

• Carrera en Contabilidad o finanzas indispensable
  
• Conocimiento completo del ciclo de facturación completo.
  
• Conocimiento actualizado de los requisitos fiscales que debe cumplir la emisión de documentos fiscales de acuerdo al anexo 20 SAT
  
• Experiencia en elaboaración de conciliaciones mensuales y vinculación en la emisión de CFDIS.
  
• Microsoft Excel (tablas pivote, tablas dinamicas, formulas de texto etc.)
  
• Facturación. 4.0
  
• Inglés intermedio/avanzado.
