· Managing reservation handling reservations and managing the waitlist. · Greeting guests as they enter, arrange table list and put them on waiting list as necessary. · Providing menu to guest and answering any initial questions. · Assigning guests to tables while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers. · Answering phone calls for reservations, inquiries and promote special dish to the guests, need to reply message when necessary. · Maintaining cleanliness ensuring the entrance, hostess stand and waiting areas are clean and organized. · Monitoring dining room to keep track of table turnover and updating reservation system. · Build relation with guests to ensure they’re happy with food and service. · Handling complaints and helping to resolve them in a professional manner. · Coordination with colleague communicate guest need and preferences. · Assist with special request acknowledge of menu, accommodating special request and ensuring guest satisfaction. · Providing great customer service offering information about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies. · Fare welling guest as they leave and invite them to return. Qualifications :
- Experience for 2-3 years in the F&B line
- Diploma in Hospitality
