Job description
The Clinical Assistant provides comprehensive support to the Clinical Manager, ensuring efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient care. This role involves a combination of clinical, administrative, and managerial duties.
Key Responsibilities:

• Help the Clinical Manager in overseeing day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient patient care.
• Assist in developing and implementing clinic policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest dental practices and regulations, and assist in implementing them within the clinic.
• Assist in coordinating and managing the clinical team’s schedules and tasks (rooster).
• Provide support and guidance to staff members, ensuring adherence to clinic protocols.
• Assisting in handling system for a clinic.
• Support in any clinical matters when needed.
• Assist the Clinical Manager in preparing reports on clinic performance and operational metrics if needed.
• Help with documentation and record keeping.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Clinical Manager.

Requirements:

• STPM/ Diploma or equivalent; certification or diploma in dental assisting (preferred).
• Previous experience as a dental assistant or in a similar role are welcoming to apply.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft office.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
