Perform operational, planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks, condition-based maintenance regimes and building fabric maintenance in accordance with written orders.
Perform corrective work on electrical and mechanical systems and equipment, as instructed in accordance with written orders.
Attend to customers’ service requests within service level agreement timeframe.
Host, supervise and monitor contractors and building management personnel performing maintenance work, repairs, installations, constructions and soft services at the facility to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Carry out plant inspection and audits to ensure compliance and appropriate standards.
Risk evaluation, plant, procedures and personnel.
Manage site logs and activity logs.
Report changes requests and “out of line” incidents or requests for project work to Project Engineer.
Assist in the implementation of quality assurance, energy conservation, environmental health and safety programmes by OCS and customer.
Statutory compliance.

Education / Equivalent Experiences:
Certificate / Diploma / Advanced / Higher Diploma
Candidate with some working experience in technical / related field preferable with basic technical knowledge are welcome
Knowledge in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and building maintenance
Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting equipment and process related problem
Experience in preparing and proposing permanent solutions to prevent recurrence.
