Senior HR Operations Specialist

Location: Echternach, Contract Type: Permanent
FANUC is delighted to be recruiting a Senior Human Resources Operations Specialist role for our European HQ. You will work within the HR team in an international organization you will take ownership over your tasks, be an integral member of the team and help improve processes at both a local and European level.
WHAT IS THE ROLE?
- You will support the execution of all HR transactions and administration, regulatory compliance…
- Contribute to onboarding and offboarding efforts—create frameworks for educational sessions for new hires, collect feedback and exit interviews for terminated employees.
- Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, contract terms, and benefits and compensation details.
- Define and implement internal HR practices that secure compliance with labor laws.
- Provide support for the contract workers from an HR perspective.
- Troubleshoot workforce issues concerning employees and management to ensure positive employee relations.
- Notify internal teams of personnel changes.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of all personnel data, including NDAs, compensation, and employment contracts.
- Participate in HR Operations related projects.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or comparable with a focus on HR.
- 8 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Quality and detail oriented.
- Understanding of HR processes.
- Knowledge in SAP Success Factors.
- Active in seeking to improve processes.
- Flexible and hands-on approach.
- Motivated, dynamic, can-do attitude, and highly adaptable.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as autonomously.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A smiley communicative attitude is required.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
