We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate:

Senior Consultant in Agile Transformation & Target Operating Model
(m/f) (REF: MFATTOM-01)

Your Tasks

Conduct organisational diagnostics to identify key areas for improvement and transformation.
Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOM’s) tailored to clients’ needs, considering sectorspecific and cultural factors.
Lead Agile transformation initiatives, guiding teams through frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum and Kanban.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to co-create transformation roadmaps and priorities.
Support teams in adopting new ways of working, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with TOM principles.
Collaborate closely with senior management to manage transformation risks and ensure successful outcomes.

Your Profile

Demonstrated 5-7 years of experience in planning and delivering organisational design solutions.
Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Scrum Master, Certified Agile Coach) are a plus.
Strong practical knowledge and hands-on experience in organisational design and transformation projects.
Expertise in Agile frameworks and experience tailoring them to complex transformations.
Proven ability to design and implement TOMs across diverse industries.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to drive change and unite teams around common goals.
Fluent in French and English, knowledge of additional languages (e.g. German and/or Luxembourgish) would be advantageous.
