Senior Accountant

Are you a seasoned accountant with a passion for managing holding and financing companies? Our esteemed partner, a leading firm in Luxembourg, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their expert team. Your Role:
As a Senior Accountant, you will:

Manage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio (holding and financing companies), ensuring compliance with Luxembourg regulations.
Prepare annual financial statements under Lux GAAP, and assist with IFRS reporting.
Coordinate tax compliance including corporate tax and VAT returns.
Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth audit processes.
Support senior management in financial analysis and reporting, helping to shape business decisions.
Review and supervise junior accountants, providing guidance and training where necessary.

Your Profile:

5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on SOPARFI or holding companies.
Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP and relevant Luxembourg tax regulations.
Fluency in English is essential, proficiency in French and German is considered a valuable advantage.
Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
A team player, capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
