We are now looking for a Junior Site Manager to join our team and contribute to our expansion.
Your responsibilities :
- Familiarization with Apleona processes and general FM services
- Introduction to the sites and clients for later takeover: contract training, getting to know clients and procedures
- Maintenance planning
- Creation of special services: price calculation, quotation preparation, implementation planning and monitoring
- Functional supervision of technicians (planning, work preparation, training, etc...)
- Reoirtubg and documentation management
- Support to the Head of Operations and the Key Account Manager
Your Profile ️ ️:
- Bachelor's degree in facility management
- Technical knowledge
- Managerial skills: leadership, initiative, organization
- Fluency in English and German. French will be considered as an advantage.
- Dynamic and motivated
