Billing Officer : The Function

Oversee and coordinate the invoicing process to ensure proper allocation and time tracking.
Review and verify invoices meticulously following internal procedures before submission to stakeholders and clients, ensuring budget control and fee agreements are met.
Manage and track electronic billing in collaboration with the designated team.
Guarantee timely and accurate invoice issuance.
Generate and provide monthly billing reports.
Communicate with and support the collections team to ensure follow-up.
Address both internal and external inquiries related to billing processes.

Billing Officer : Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related administrative field.
Proficiency in both English and French; knowledge of German is a plus.
Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, and advanced proficiency in Excel.
Prior experience in a billing role, especially within a legal setting, would be advantageous.
Familiarity with VAT regulations is considered an asset.
