As part of the Global Product management team, you will be the primary responsible for the following tasks:

Our overall tasks are focused around the following:
- Running day to day business of product management
- Product documentation and securing service delivery follow-up
- Market monitoring
- Development of existing products, service offerings and portfolio as a whole
- Internal and external advocacy, including training of the sales force
- Securing compliance in all parts of the product lifecycle
- Development of product business and marketing plans
As part of the Global Product management team, you will be the primary responsible for the following tasks:
- Managing Global Sales & Product related programs
- Improve internal and external communications through stakeholder management
- Analyze and manage product performance, short and long term
- Supporting sales focus on all products
- Run and secure delivery of identified projects
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
Combined experience of two or more of the following areas (not ranked):

- Bachelor’s degree in related field

- Intellectual curiosity, creative mind, and an appetite for continuous learning and change management
- Extended knowledge of Microsoft Office products (including Excel, Access, and Power Point)
- Written and oral fluency in English
- Strong interpersonal skills, amicable and professional demeanor
Combined experience of two or more of the following areas (not ranked):
- Business consultancy
- Customer Service & Management
- Deep understanding and first-hand experience with air transportation of oversized cargo or products such as the one shown in the video clip at the top of this ad
- Effective communications to a globally spread organization
- Managing a Cargo airline / aviation related department
- Total Quality management and Process documentation
- Performance Management
- Product Management
- Sales processes, management and analytics
- Shipper, Forwarder or other supply chain management
- Progressive Learning & Development management

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Full time permanent contract based in Luxembourg
- Occasional travel may be required
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
