What will be your mission?
As an ESG Audit Manager in the Climate Change and Sustainability services department, you will be part of a team working on upcoming new European regulations such as CSRD with exposure to prestigious audit clients from the different industries. Being part of the assurance team means participating to the mission of protecting the public interest by contributing to providing independent view over companies’ compliance with sustainability regulations. We are looking for a variety of competencies to tackle Environmental, Social and Governance nowadays challenges.
You will:
• Lead and manage annual sustainability assurance for EY’s prestigious clients based on Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive using international standards for non-financial information (ISAE 3000 and future ISSA 5000 assurance methodologies) • Perform regulatory compliance check (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, ESRS, SFDR, etc.) • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of sustainability matter and concepts to be applied to client situations

What will be your mission?

You will:

- Lead, coordinate and develop a team of Assistants and Seniors
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client staff and assess clients' satisfaction
- Actively contribute to other sustainable finance projects assurance based on market needs and evolution

- A self-starter who takes ownership andwho is proactive
- A team player with collaborative or pedagogical skills – coaching skills required
- A person with high professional consciousness, critical and analytical thinking
- An effective communicator with writing skills and an ability to translate recommendations and ideas effectively in reports, presentation materials, client proposals
- Client-oriented or have business acumen
The earlier you apply, the best chance you will have to join if:
- You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree with a major in Sustainability, Environmental Law, Environmental Engineering or equivalent certification
- You have at least 5 years of experience in sustainability matters (CSRD considered as an advantage) and wish to pursue your career in this field
- You have a proven track record of team management and delivery of non-financial assurance engagements (ISAE3000)
- You have previous big4 experience, it will be considered as an advantage
- You have knowledge about ISO standards related to sustainability matters such as ISO14000/26000/50001, it will be considered as an advantage
- You are fluent in one of these languages: English, French, German, Luxembourgish
